Vanessa Martin

Vanessa Martin, also known to clients, friends, and family as "V", is an experienced Realtor specializing in all types of residential real estate transactions. A transplant from DFW to Houston, Vanessa has been calling H-town home since 2004, and is familiar with many areas of Houston (from Cypress to Baytown and beyond). She considers herself to be a local "know-it-all", and most days you can spot her working around town (with baby Alivia strapped to her chest in the Ergo) wearing "mom jeans" and purple converses--she's definitely the Wonder Woman of Real Estate!

Since 2013, she and her husband, Randall Martin, have been working together. In 2015, they formed The Martin Group, and currently have one buyer's agent, Sandra Martin. These real estate rockstars have dynamic relationships with each of their clients and work closely on every transaction to ensure a smooth journey to the closing table. They pride themselves on shooting people straight with a "no bull" attitude, and work diligently to build lasting relationships during the process - even after the transaction is completed.

Outside the world of real estate, Vanessa spends much of her time with her family including: Three kiddos (Kameron, Ava Grace, & Alivia Rae) and two fur babies (Gucci & CoCo Chanel). When she's not chasing kiddos and pups, she loves to read, run, and paint. You can also find her giving time and passion to the community through several of the non-profit organizations she supports. Her personal philosophy is that giving is not an option, it is a duty. The world is a much better place every day because of the legacy philanthropic people leave behind.
