“Shawn and his team were a wonderful resource for us for our first home sale. From the moment Shawn stepped into our house to give an evaluation I could tell that he had the expertise to get the sale done and done fast. He noted what fixes needed to be made that would be the most economical in terms of saving us more of our equity. Shawn also has the insight on the market since he specializes in the Heights and stays on top of all the home sales in the area. We used Shawn s list of contacts to do repairs or get quotes on repairs on our home, such as stucco painting and sealing, general repairs, and roof repair. This saved us a ton of money, since the quotes we got elsewhere were a few thousand more than his contacts. “My family and I have worked with Shawn and his team nine times for home purchases and resales Last year, we moved to the Hill Country from Houston. We had two homes to sell: our 1.6M home and my mom s 450k bungalow estate, both in the Heights. We listed our home with Shawn and mom s estate with an agent specializing in elderly relocations and estate home sales. Shawn sold our home 48 hours after it was listed at full price Mom s cute bungalow was on the market for 91 days. We reduced the price repeatedly and hosted numerous open houses. We received several offers so reduced it was insulting. After getting out of the original listing agreement, we contracted with Shawn. He had us stage the home professionally and raised the List Price in MLS 30k from the previous List Price just a couple weeks later. He brought us a buyer and an offer for full price even before he activated the listing, and sold it for full price in 2 days for almost 20 more than the offer we were actually considering at the end of the previous listing Not selecting Shawn the first time was a huge mistake.
