“We decided it was time to make a huge move, from California to Texas. I didn t know where to start, and just wanted to look at houses in different neighborhoods and see how the area was. I went with the default option on zillow and my phone rang right away. That call disconnected or was lost as soon as I picked up. Well it must have been fate because the next time it rang, it was a different realtor calling and she introduced herself as Rhonique. Let me tell you, she has been the most awesome, sweetest, most helpful realtor I have ever dealt with. She made herself available when we flew in for 2 days, we lost out on the house we wanted but she made sure that even though we were thousands of miles away, that we would find our home. She helped us find financing which was super easy. Helped us with utility information and was always available when I needed her. We found a house online and she went to take a look for us. We decided with the information she gave us to go ahead and make the decision to make an offer, and thank goodness we did. This was at the time of the big ice storm they had here, and she went above and beyond to make sure the house we wanted was ok. After closing we didn t move in right away and she checked on the house and checked our mail. Rhonique has been a blessing and I m so happy that she was the one who helped us with this big move. ”
