I am investor from Phoenix, I usually visit homes in the Houston area to not only to see the properties, but to meet agents that might be well ahead of the game, this is how I found Kurt. Elisa helped my husband and I with the purchase of a home and went above and beyond for us! When the inspector mentioned a potential issue with a couple of the lights and couldn’t say whether or not it was electrical or just bulbs needing replaced, Elisa took the time to meet at the house and have the light bulbs changed to make sure it worked! She walked the house and mentioned things that we potentially didn’t notice in our first visit. Since this was our first time, the buying process was very confusing for us. Elisa was very patient and helped answer all our questions. Even after the sale when we have had questions (how to get the mailbox keys etc) she’s been more than helpful! Definitely recommend her!
