After working in Education for over 20 years, I decided to redirect my passion of helping others to the Real Estate industry. I love the relationships I have made from my past clients and look forward to making new ones. I have lived in Northeast Harris County for my entire life. My husband teaches and coaches in the area. As a lifelong Houstonian, David understands the benefits each different community offers within the Greater Houston Area. David graduated from Texas A&M University with a bachelor's degree in Sport Management, and subsequently returned to Houston where he excelled as a project manager and sales consultant for 6+ years.

In 2017, David had an opportunity to transform one of his personal hobbies of photography into an occupation as he began shooting photos and videos of homes for Premier Realty Services. During this time, he developed a keen eye for the unique features of homes and how to effectively market each property. At the same time, this also allowed him to grow familiar with different neighborhoods and suburbs all over Houston.

In 2021, David decided the next natural step in his career would be to become a full on real estate agent. By utilizing his recently acquired skills for showcasing homes, along with his previous experience in customer service, David provides a unique edge through the home buying process. Also, as an added bonus, his impeccable photography skills make him an immeasurable asset to his sellers!

Mayra Gisela Flores was born and raised in Houston TX. Having earn an associate degree in business from HCC in 2020 she has learned the ups and downs of what a business takes and how to handle it.



In her previous role as a property manager, Mayra gathers 6 plus years of experience on customer service, financial reporting, leadership, and accounting stability. Through her role she helped many Houstonians find a place to call their home. She plans on doing just that, but with a little touch of value (home equity) to your home.

Matthew Matt Guzman, a real estate agent in Houston and the surrounding areas, is owner of RE/MAX Universal. A native Texan, he spent 11 years in the financial services industry in both Houston and Laredo.
