My wife and I had an amazing experience working with Mike Schroeder at Re/Max Preferred Homes. We have used Mike now to purchase 2 homes and sell one and he made the process of selling a house while moving into another as smooth of a transition that one could imagine. Several friends have used Mike since and all had very similar experiences. I would highly recommend anybody to use Mike when searching for their next home.

Mike helped my husband and I purchase our first home. He was absolutely wonderful to work with and had everything so organized so it made a first home purchase an amazing experience. Mike worked so hard to help us make sure we did everything necessary to have a smooth title process and we could not have asked for a better realtor. My family uses Mike as well, and our friends now use Mike as well. We tell anyone needing a realtor to use Mike and his team. Mike listened to us and allowed us to really make the best investment we could have made for first time buyers. If you need someone dependable, reliable, and willing to be of any assistance, Mike is your go to guy for purchasing land/homes/etc.

Our family sold our first home and purchased our new home with the services of Mike and Pam Schroeder. Selling or buying a home can be stressful and confusing but Mike and Pam made both transactions very smooth and enjoyable. They were very detailed, honest and informative with the process. Everything was explained step by step and their follow up with everything was excellent. Even after it was all said and done we got emails and cards showing their appreciation. They are very professional and at the same time treat you like family. If you’re looking at buying or selling your home, I highly recommend that you call Mike and Pam Schroeder to get the full experience of their great services.

We've used Mike for over 12 years now and in that time Mike has helped us move twice. Not only is he a GREAT realtor, he has become a close family friend in that time too. Mike and his team are professional, courteous and have your best interests at heart all the time. He also does amazing things in the community. We would NEVER use any other realtor.
