I don't know why anyone would use any other realtor. We've used Mike and his team for three transactions over the course of the last 10 years and they are amazing. When we sold our home of 28 years, their designer refreshed the entire downstairs (all within the agreed upon budget) and they provided contractor oversight. We sold in three weeks! These guys know what they are doing.

I feel so grateful for all of the help the team at Roller Realty provided us with selling the house. Alicia brought her unique set of skills to create the beautiful layer cake confection that made the house look so wonderful and showcased its best features. Alicia also helped with finding people to assist with repairs, saving us so much time. We’re so glad to have had this talented office on the job!

Alicia did an amazing job staging our home for the market. She added pops of color in all the right places with artwork, decor and more. She made our home look inviting and interesting. Hats off to all of the staff at Roller Realty making our listing look spectacular with all the incredible photos and special touches. DeAnna has also been a joy to work with from helping us buy our new home to selling our old home. She is always available to answer a question or help solve a problem. I would highly recommend this group!

Roller Realty sold our home last month, Mike Roller and his team of experts, Jordon, Alicia and Kat they helped from beginning to end. I was very impressed with the staging of our home that was prepared by Alicia she is such a professional she worked with pieces that we had and brought in some of her own to give the house character. We sold our first home thru Roller Realty and they make the process so easy we wouldn’t use anyone else. Roller Realty will go above and beyond to sell your home even after the sale they still reach out to help your moving process less stressful. Thank you Roller Realty!!

Alicia McAdoo gave me 5/5 stars for the value she delivered for me. Alicia developed a list a recommended upgrades to allow my house to compete for buyers in the Fulshear market. We agreed to a list of upgrades & cost and then she managed the contractors, procured fixtures (plumbing and lighting) and met the tight timeline. Alicia also performed the staging of my house. Alicia kept me informed and we exchanged views but she managed the whole process and my efforts were light touch. The showings collected many favorable compliments on Alicia’s work which better allowed my house to compete in the market! DeAnna Krenek also receives a well earned 5 of 5 stars for selling my house in Fulshear. DeAnna worked in concert with other’s in the Roller Realty team so while my house was getting some upgrades she was busy getting ready to market my house. I experienced no periods of downtime waiting for remodeling to hand over for my sale. Very good communication throughout the process. A lot of forms detailing the house which we managed remotely via email and course photography. All along the process DeAnna was communicating with me (i.e., text, phone and email) which was helpful and appreciated. We agreed on a listing price that was slightly above my expectation and the house was put on the market. Once offers arrived DeAnna managed the multiple offers and I ended up agreeing on an offer greater than the listed price plus meeting my target for closing. I highly recommend Roller Reality.
