Malissa did a 5 star job selling our home in Victoria. Her marketing and communication work resulted in a cash buyer for our home. She also contracted the necessary repair work, touch up, and cleaning services . She is a very professional agent. We can truly recommend her to future clients.

Melissa and Jason were absolutely wonderful! I reached out to look at a house and the next thing I knew Melissa had a list of houses to go see. While showing the houses she was very tentative with all my questions. I was new to the area so she gave me ideas of where to eat and what to check out. The following weekend my parents came down and she had picked out more houses to show us along with a couple that I wanted to see again. We went to lunch and while there she called us saying she had 2 more houses to show us so we met back up! She went above & beyond. She was so sweet and friendly and very knowledgeable of all the properties. If your looking for an excellent realtor....look no further...Melissa Orr is your girl.

Melissa Orr hands down was amazing from start to finish. I was selling a home and I had issues with intrusive family and she handled it and no longer hand any issues with them. Very knowledgeable and helped with all questions. Even hand unforeseen difficulties and Melissa helped me through it all making everything seamless and helped so much! You are in good hands with Melissa!!!
