If you’re looking to buy a home, The Garza Team - Joe and Megan Garza, is the only way to go! DEFINITELY RECOMMEND. As first time home buyers, the process could be stressful and being new to everything we feared of the unknown but thankfully with their experience they made the journey stress free and a comfortable experience with a peace of mind that we were making the right choices every step of the way. We knew we wanted our home outside of the city and because of them we found our beautiful home in Dayton, TX, just in time for the holidays!

Megan and Joe were amazing to work with. They sold my home quickly, helped me get everything in order, even staging tips. It was a seamless process! When we were searching for our new home they were always available quickly to see homes. They were honest about red flags and things to consider. They helped us find our dream home and made the whole process stress free. They have a great energy and even made the process fun. I will absolutely work with them again.

The Garza team is the Real estate team you need! Joe and Megan went above and beyond my expectations! As a self contractor I found it difficult to find a loan company to finance my new home. Joe and Megan worked overtime to find a loan officer to make it happen. At The closing table Joe looked over all contracts thoroughly and definitely made sure all agreed upon terms were correct. Thank you so much! My family and I couldn’t be more happy with our home buying experience.

The Garza team is by far the best realtor duo I have worked with. Helped the family and I find our dream home! Joe and Megan of the Garza Team were absolutely amazing! We sought their advice as a second opinion and ended up using them to list our house. We were able to get $30k more due to their knowledge and fantastic marketing. If you’re in the market to sell (or buy) a house in the Spring area, you would be crazy not to give them a call!
