Martha has been my realtor for years , since I bought my first own condo. The reason I always stick around her , is because that I trust her and rely on her. She has the strongest determination I have ever seen . That personality is so important as a realtor, especially when the market goes down. She never give up on my difficult projects for sale . She looks for any possibilities and strategies to promote my projects. She is focused, she is loyal, sincere , and very very determined ! I already has her as a good friend , not just my realtor. I love that kind of relationship between us.

A very knowledgeable & experienced broker. Found us a buyer 2 days after our home hit the market. Walked us thru the issues in selling a home. Very HIGHLY recommended which I rarely do.

Martha was a great realtor! My journey to a new home took awhile, and she was patient, persistent, a good advisor without imposing and very reassuring as this process was carried out. In the end, I found the perfect place, and we both knew it. You will enjoy her encouragement and the wisdom she has acquired through her many years of experience. It really helped me.

Martha was one of my favorite real estate agents to work with. She was very organized, friendly, and caring. Our paperwork was a sinch even though we were moving from out of state, since it was all electronic. Martha was on top of any and every detail we needed and she worked with the kindest disposition. Also the home was spectacularly renovated and styled by Martha and her partner. I often compare other homes to how much I loved this one. Martha and the Busy Blonde Team (the cutest business name) really are top notch.
