Buying a home in the strange market of the summer of 2023 was tough. But Marnie and her team made it, dare I say, Fun? They were so patient with me as we trooped all over the city for weeks trying to find something that would work for me. They even gave great advice and help when dealing with a challenging seller! Poor Jazmin, one of the amazing team members who works with Marnie, had to take my calls from Paris and Kenya as I was traveling! She didnt once complain about wonky times!!! I couldnt recommend these guys enough! They are fantastic!!!

Marnie is both extremely professional and very warm and personable - the best combination! Her marketing and staging advice helped us sell our property quickly and without stress. She also helped us find a great Houston area home in a neighborhood that is highly sought after and rapidly improving. Whether buying or selling, I trust Marnie to handle all of our residential real estate transactions in the greater Houston area. Her marketing materials and online presence are excellent, and her community connections are invaluable. She has an energetic, can-do approach that is contagious. I highly recommend Marnie!

After selling my home with a spiderweb of complications and setbacks, I am convinced that there is nothing that Marnie Greenwood and her wonderful team can't accomplish. She is there for you whenever you need her and they are dedicated to getting the job finished as well as are understanding of the hassle it is to sell a house and thus making them the "dream team" for selling a home even in a tough market like she did with me. I fully and completely will always recommend Marnie and her team to anyone I come across needing the very best of the best to handle their home whether buying or selling.

Before my husband and I started the process of buying and selling our properties, we knew Marnie and her team would be excellent. What we didn’t know was just HOW excellent they would be. They exceeded our (already high) expectations. Marnie, Jessie and Jazmin are true professionals. They are highly organized and create a strong game plan, which they execute beautifully. Marnie Greenwood will be the best decision you make!

Marnie and her team did a great job marketing and selling our home! Prior to listing she helped us make sure the home looked great for potential buyers and set an accurate price. She also had a photographer take awesome photos of the home for the listing. Once listed we had 2 great offers within 3 days! We accepted one of them. Her staff helped us the other inspection process and made sure everything was set and ready with the title company for closing! We would definitely use her again if we were going to sell another property!
