Once I knew the dates I would be available to view properties, Luis scheduled everything for me, and was a perfect guide. He made great selections based on our needs and taste that made choosing extremely difficult. He provided detailed information about each and every property, but his knowledge and insight of the city in general proved invaluable. Once our selection was made, Luis handled all of the paperwork and provided easy instructions on what was needed (and when) to proceed. He provided an electronic signing process, and was adept at an (almost) entirely digital process.
