Lou Ceraldi’s success has been in managing several Businesses over the past 30 years, He has held positions as General Manager and Operations manager.

Lou has excellent interpersonal communication, time management and problem resolution skills, with a strong emphasis on Customer Service. He holds awards for “Outstanding Operations and excellent Customer Service”.

Born and Raised on the East Coast, he obtained a degree in Psychology and Business in 1975. He moved to Houston in 1997 to be closer to family members being he is very family oriented.

Lou became interested in Real Estate in 2006 when he and his wife successfully started to invest in real estate properties (condos and single family homes) in Houston, Katy and Cypress.

He is excited about using his passion for real estate to help other home buyers and sellers achieve their goals. With a reputation for placing customers needs, goals and objectives at the forefront of every transaction, Lou provides great communication, negotiation and management skills.
