Purchasing a home can be extremely stressful. Linh Luong team is here to rescue you from a lot of headaches! Our family is first-time house buyers. The language barrier is our greatest concern when it comes to documentation. We had the opportunity to work with Thi Nguyen, and she's fantastic! Thi is very responsive. We once had to tackle some problems in the evening, outside of workplace hours. Thi was willing to help, despite having her own family duties. Big shout out to Thi Nguyen! We sold our home with Linh’s help and had a very positive selling experience. This was my first time so I was kinda nervous but they were very knowledgeable about the local market and extremely helpful at walking us through the process. Our house received multiple offers and sold within 5 days being placed on the market, and we got $35k over our listed price. Highly recommend!

We worked with Phuong / Jackie from start to finish. She helped us narrow down our options of communities, builders and floor plans. Fantastic experience with Thi and her team on our property purchased in Round Rock. We are buyers looking to reallocate our home and we contacted Thi when we saw her videos and that was how the wonderful house hunting journey began. We made appointment to fly in Austin for couple days and during those days Thi spent a lot of effort and time to show us many many houses. She was very patience and knowledgeable in her field, which has helped us a lot in our purchase decision. Finally we found an ideal home and Thi did her due diligent on our offer and successfully got us the offer below the listing price. After that everything went smoothly to closing. My family were extremely happy with Thi and her team during our house purchase experience and we would buy more and more properties in the future as long as it is with Thi.
