Kathy was a pleasure to work with. We had very specific requirements related to our purchase and Kathy not only listened to our needs but also did her own research to understand our requirements better with the intention to serve us. She was extremely patient, kind and helpful through the entire process. She also offered her expertise and always made herself available with our ever changing schedule. We felt supported through the entire process with her time, answering questions in timely manner and being available for us whenever needed. She always helped us make decisions based on trends and data, it made us feel confident that were doing the right thing. I cannot recommend her enough for your real estate needs. I look forward to working with Kathy in future too!

Kathy is wonderful! When our family was needing a bigger space, we sought out the help of Kathy. She truly went above and beyond during the whole process of searching for a new home. She provided us with new listings daily, promptly answered any questions we had, and she kept us updated throughout the process. Searching for a home can be stressful on your own. Between working, and raising our family, my husband and I felt overwhelmed before Kathy graced us with her help. She was able to work with us to make sure we were in a home that fit our needs perfectly before the time we needed to move. For anyone looking for a realtor that goes above and beyond, even after the home buying process, I highly recommend Kathy Stenson! Thank you for all your help, Kathy! Kathy is the most incredible realtor and person we have ever worked with. She was truly an absolute blessing. She bent over backwards to help both sell and buy our new home. She absolutely knows her stuff and was so completely lovely, friendly, and professional through the entire process from start to finish. Her personable care and level of attention proved to us that she really cared about us and our situation. I have never had such a very positive experience. I 10/10 absolutely recommend anyone to go through her when trying to acquire or sell a property. She is so thoughtful and exceptional in her role. Kathy, thank you from the bottom of our heart, we cannot thank you enough. You have been a god send for us. It’s so bittersweet that our home journey has come to an end. You’ve been a complete Angel. Kathy Stenson Realtor was our Realtor for our recent selling of our home. She toured the home first and gave some good pointers. She knew great carpet cleaning etc. people she could refer us to that where reasonable and could be contacted quickly. All communication was quickly responded to. If we had another house to sell she would be our Realtor.

Very thankful for the wonderful job Kathy Stenson does! Can't thank you enough! She's helped us to rent and every time something needed to be improved or corrected, she has been there to support and fix it on the spot.
