Jess, was amazing from start to finish and exceeded our expectations. She worked with us remotely to help us find our new home from out-of-state. She never made me feel bad for asking questions (and I ask all of them) or changing my mind, she always checked in with us and guided us through the entire process. She went even a step further, by helping us doing our walk through when we couldn’t fly out ahead of time. Jess got us an amazing deal on our home and I didn’t have to compromise on my wish list (which I was prepared too). She did such an amazing job and is such a kind, friendly person. Her work ethic made buying a house from another state such a positive experience, which can be very stressful. I would recommend Jess any day of the week. If you choose her as your realtor I’m confident she will exceed your expectations as well. Thank you Jess for all your hard work; you’re amazing.

Jess is the best realtor and person you could ever meet! I can’t recommend her enough! From the moment we met her she went above and beyond to understand our needs and to help us sell our home and get into a rental home. She is so knowledgeable and helpful. She was never pushy and advocated for everything we asked for. She goes so far beyond expectations it’s unreal. She had professional photos and drone images taken of our house. She made everything look perfect and paid so much attention to every detail. Our home received an offer over asking the first day on the market. Jess walked us through every step of the closing process and kept us thoroughly informed and prepared along the way. She is always available to answer any of our questions, and is so sweet you immediately want to be friends with her. She got us into our rental home seamlessly, and we are now working with her to build our next home. There is definitely not another realtor out there as amazing as she is! Long story short: I wish I had met Jess sooner! As a first time home buyer I didn't know where to start. Jess hand picked a few options at a time to share with me on the online portal. Having just a few to look at each time gave us a chance to course correct as we discussed wants/dislikes. She was easy to communicate with, and she responded quickly. We ended up going with a home in a new build community which I had no idea could be done with my budget, but that's what Jess is for! Jess was my advocate along the way, and never made me feel like I had too many questions or concerns. She has even followed up after closing to make sure we love our home. I highly recommend Jess, and I look forward to working with her again.

Best. Realtor. Ever. Jess worked her tail off for us to help us find our home and guess what, we couldn’t. So we built!! It was awesome!! Jess was with us every step of the way, the process can be confusing but she always had an answer for us. She never left us in the dark and there was never a question too big or too small. We literally could not have done it without her. The price, the upgrades, the incentives, she fought to get us the world and now we have our beautiful family home. We love Jess and will always use her and recommend her so others have the same experience we did!

We decided we were going to move from San Antonio to the beach but that didn't work out and the realtor that we had did not feel comfortable in the Conroe area so I went online and found Jess. She helped us so much when our lender decided she couldn't figure things out. Jess got us in touch with a lender she works with. Had I switched lenders when we first met Jess it would have save everyone time but Jess was amazing and she was professional while we transition to the new lender. Our plans shifted with the new lender so we had to buying a house on the back burner for now. Thankfully Jess helped with rentals. She made sure the rentals would work for our situation before so we wouldn't have to put out all those application fees. We were very blessed to have someone that works with my craziness. In a year we will be ready to buy a house and she is on speed dial. Absolutely professional and she knows her stuff. We referred a friend already and my aunt is thinking about moving and she is going to reach out to have Jess assist her as well. Jess deserves realtor of the year. I know not only did I get a house I have a friend for life. Thank you so much Jess. We appreciate everything you have done for us.
