I cant say enough good things about Diane Schrakamp and honeywood realty. From our first phone call to our final walkthrough and closing, Diane was a source of calm in what can be such a stressful process. This was my wife and Is first home purchase and we are so happy we chose Diane as our realtor. Diane was there to answer every little question we had and walked us through the entire process and made sure nothing was missed. After our initial inspection flagged some items to look into, Diane was able to get a multitude of specialists in on extremely short notice so we could have peace of mind in what we were buying. We even loved the specialists she brought in and have hired some of them now that we closed. Diane truly went above and beyond throughout the whole home buying process. Diane constantly had our best interests in mind and gave great advice at every turn based on her experience and knowledge. Lastly, Diane was extremely responsive and easy to get a hold of which is a rare attribute in any field! I cant recommend Diane and honeywood realty enough. If youre looking to buy or sell make sure Diane is the first person you call.

From start to finish, Diane was exceptional. She was fast to respond to any questions we had, reliable for home showings, updating property portals to our specifications, and definitely looked out for our best interest in the buying process for 4 months. Diane takes her job as a realtor very seriously and we would highly recommend her to anyone. It was a little intimidating buying our home moving from another state to Texas, but Diane put all our fears to rest with her relationship with us in the home search. If we have to buy again, we will look no further than Diane that's for certain. She is a true gem in the real estate industry and blessed to have met as my new found friend in Texas.
