I was gifted to have Ms. Gayathri Ravichandran as my realtor. The process of home hunting, with provision of details about the area, and the house was amazing. The process was made enjoyable and smooth. Every step of the way we had information to decide. Ms. Gayathri was never late and was always ahead in time showing the houses. Her patience approach with us was commendable. Her passion and commitment to seek a house that fitted our taste and budget was evident from day one. Her dealing with homeowners, other listing realtors and builders showed her immense experience in the business. She was present not only during initial agreement, but she was also there to guide us in every step, up until closing. I can’t say more about her involvement with us, she followed us even after the closing to see we were happy and settled in our new home. I would gladly say that without her we would not be able to find and close our dream house. Her modest, friendly demeanor and steadfast negotiations were very impressive.
