Buying a home can be a very daunting task and we have purchased more than once. I can say with conviction that our buying experience utilizing Breanna with CitiQuest has been the best experience out of all our purchases throughout the years. Breanna ensured that all of our concerns and needs were satisfied and was very knowledgeable. She was proactive and forthcoming with valuable information, often times prior to us asking or even thinking about it. 10 out 10!

IF I SEE ANOTHER SIGN IN MY YARD IM SUING Update: 04/29 surveyors came out on a private property and left damage to the soil People who staple signs to telephone poles and crowd them at intersections, sidewalks, and esplanades aren’t only creating eyesores in neighborhoods, they’re breaking the law. We call these signs “bandit signs” and residents who see what they suspect to be bandit signs should report them to the City of Houston Department of Neighborhoods by calling the 3-1-1 Houston Service Helpline or using the Houston 3-1-1 mobile app. Violators are subject to a fine between $300 -$500, can be taken to court, as well as have a warrant issued for their arrest for breaking Chapter 28 of Houston’s code of ordinances. How to Identify a Bandit Sign Bandit signs are typically small and placed in large quantities along public spaces as esplanades. These signs include political, real estate, developer, and garage sale signs, etc.

I wish y’all would care about the neighborhood y’all have been “planning” to build near. I have contacted y’all multiple times for months asking you to maintain your grass lot. We are trying to keep our neighborhood clean, it would be nice if y’all would help us by maintaining YOUR lot that has now turned into a trash dumping ground.

The way they maintain their work sites is a clear sign of how poor their houses are built. The way they treat the neighborhood is a clear sign of how bad they are to work with on deals. Their job sites are consistently trashed, they park their equipment blocking sidewalks, and they create flooding issues because they've blocked the ditches. As a company, if you put your name on the sign representing a property, then you are a partner. You and your partners share a reputation.

My experience at CitiQuest has been remarkable. The team's camaraderie and support, coupled with their emphasis on personal growth and flexible hours, have made every day rewarding. I haven't come across any downsides – it's a great place to be.
