Carmelita Black is the best example of a reliable, honest, and hardworking real estate professional! She prides herself on going beyond the client’s expectations. Carmelita and her team are absolutely phenomenal!!! From our initial conversation I felt a sense of relief and I knew I was in capable and secure hands. She and Tara Lucas treated me like family. They were down to earth and made me feel as if I was their only client. I felt like a priority which is important during this crazy housing market. She’s an expert in the VA home loan process, incentivizes, and resources. Carmelita and Tara were always a phone call, email, or text message away any time day or night. They are an answered prayer and I could not have successfully purchased my dream home without Carmelita Black and Tara Lucas. These ladies provide stellar results……..YOU WONT BE DISAPPOINTED!!!!
