This was my first time purchasing a home, and I had NO IDEA what I was doing. I talked to a few realtors but the moment I first sat down with Susan Brock and Lyonel Anderson, her associate, I knew they were the realtors for me. They listened and asked all of the right questions. They were able to ask the questions in such a way that they got the information they needed in order to make the search for my home most effective and efficient for me and my needs. They were patient and took note of all of my (very picky) requirements for a house. They talked to me about the entire home buying process and made me feel very at ease. I left that first meeting feeling less stressed and less overwhelmed. However, that feeling didn't end there. Because of Susan and Lyonel's time and attention to me, I felt taken care of the entire process. I was never worried that we wouldn't find my dream house because I knew that they cared more about me finding the perfect home than they did about making a quick transaction for money. Susan and Lyonel answered all of my (numerous) questions immediately. They communicated with me in whatever manner was best for me"”whether that was text, email, Snapchat, social media, or all of the above. They were always in contact, sending me homes to look at, planning visits, etc. Then, on days we would go look, they scheduled 2 hours but always ran as long as I was willing to go, sometimes we would look for four hours. However, and most importantly, they never made me feel like I was an inconvenience or wasting their time or taking too long to decide on my house. They NEVER rushed me through a decision. When they showed me a home, they were incredibly knowledgeable about the area and the house. They would talk to me about the neighborhood before we drove it. Then when we got to the house, they would ask me if I'd noticed the grocery store nearby, or a motel that I might not want to leave near or they would point out how busy the street was and asked if that was an issue for me. Next, they would walk through the house and point out the pros and cons of the home/layout/fixtures, etc. In everything they did, they went above and beyond for me. Ultimately, after showing me 23 different homes in various neighborhoods, they got me my dream house and my dream house wasn't even on the market yet! I will never use another realtor to buy or sell a home. I've already started telling all of my friends about them. Even my parents who have bought and sold many homes said they had never seen realtors be as knowledgeable or go so above and beyond as Susan and Lyonel did.

Lyonel is an outstanding individual who is the epitome of professionalism, discipline, and commitment. He is one of those rare people one finds in life who sincerely wants others to achieve at their maximum capability. I have known Lyonel for over 20 years and he has some very strong traits that stand out. He is the most motivating individual I have ever met. He simply demands the best out of you but more importantly he gives you 200% back! Lyonel will go to the moon and back for you and then take another trip by your side so you can get the experience. Lyonel's self motivation pushes him to show up to engagements early and fulfill every promise no matter the size. He simply wants to overachieve in everything he touches. I was always taught never mix friendship and business but I made an exception because I know how he operates. My spouse wasn't so convinced. What we expierenced together she now will never second guess him. We relocated to Texas from New York recently and our biggest fear was locating a home from so far away. We had a plan to come up and find a place a month before but we feared that window was too small. Lyonel and his team interviewed us vigorously before hand gathering information about our needs. We enjoyed the open dialogue and the timely responses to all of our questions. My spouse felt like she could reach out at anytime and she would get a response which is huge when you have someone working for you miles away. During our week visit to find our home everything was seamless. They had several homes lined up to visit that fit our profile perfectly. We were able to find our home on the second day and got to relax and enjoy the city the rest of the trip. This was a very memorable expierence for my family. We first thought it would be very stressful process but it ended up being something great and that we will always remember about our journey down south.
