Mary Pendleton-Brown, REALTOR® combines her love for the industry with her passion for education. A graduate of New Mexico State University (AS) and Park University (MBA Business Management and Management Information System, MPA Non-Profit Management, MC Healthcare Leadership Payment Systems). Before getting back into the real estate business in 2019, Mary previously worked as the Finance Manager for the Non-Profit, Turning Points, in Bradenton, Florida and prior to that, as the Fiscal Services Manager for Manatee County Government's Community Services Department. Mary was born and raised in Cotulla, Texas; some of the best hunting grounds in South Texas. Prior to moving to Florida in 2001, (many moons ago), Mary worked for Re/max of Alamogordo LTD in Alamogordo, New Mexico. It is at that time she fell in love with Real Estate! With over seven years of industry experience, Miller has developed a robust skill set that includes implementing controlled burns, cruising timber, and creating comprehensive management plans. He has also demonstrated proficiency in marketing timber, supervising logging operations, leading tree planting crews, and managing hunting lease organizations. His in-depth knowledge of the East Texas timber and land markets uniquely positions him as a valuable asset to both buyers and sellers.
