My name is Michael Bedner and I would like to tell you a little about myself. I graduated from Rowan University in 1982, then began my Real Estate career in 1984 by purchasing a single-family home and then selling it for a profit. I then joined a large Real Estate Company but quickly obtained my brokerages license and started Michael Bedner Realty LLC.
I believe in the importance of education and attend a wide variety of courses, lectures, and workshops to help me continue to expand my overall knowledge for my clients' benefit. I feel it is important to share my knowledge and experience by creating and teaching two classes: "Wealth Building Through Investment Properties" and "Organize Your Way to Success".
SELLERS - My goals in working with sellers are to get the highest possible price for their property, to sell the property as quickly as possible, and finally, to make the closing occur as smoothly as possible.
BUYERS - My objective in working with buyers is to determine their wants and needs through open discussion where I listen carefully to what is important to you. Once I evaluate this information, I conduct research through the multiple listing service, MLS, to find properties that may achieve your goals. I want you to get as much for your money as possible, and I will work hard to get this done. I will also keep you informed during your homebuying experience so there are no surprises. Buying a home is sometimes a very long process, but remember, "I am working for You!" and will put in the time and energy.
My philosophy in real estate, as in life, is to treat my clients the way I would like to be treated: with honesty, integrity and communication. Having a soft spot for animals, Travis volunteers at local animal shelters. He also volunteers with the Ronald McDonald House where he is grateful for the opportunity to help ease the burden for the children and families.
