Shelly Moschak, a native Houstonian, escaped the traffic and city life and moved to the more relaxed lifestyle of the Brenham countryside in 2003. She has enjoyed her real estate career ever since, and enjoyed being the Broker/Owner of 5 Star Country Properties for 10 years. In 2017 she partnered with Legend Texas Properties, where she enjoys the collaboration of other talented professionals who share her business practices and integrity.

Shelly's down-to-earth, positive attitude and tremendous sense of humor are reasons she builds strong relationships with her clients. She focuses first on really getting to know her clients, discovering their needs and desires, then resolves to find a solution fitting for each person.

Shelly had experienced "Corporate America" and "glass ceilings", so she made the transition into real estate for a simple reason: "I wanted to build a career around my life, not a life around my career." Shelly has served in numerous positions with her local S. Central Board of Realtors, and with Texas Association of Realtors over the years and believes it is important to stay involved in serving others in our industry, and in supporting property ownership in Texas.

With a dedicated focus on the Brazos Valley, Houston, and Galveston regions, I bring extensive expertise and a proven track record in the real estate industry. Since obtaining my real estate license in 2016, I have specialized in various niches, including residential, new construction, farm and ranch, minerals, investment properties, commercial real estate, and coastal real estate sales through Legend Texas Properties. As an Investor/Agent, I operate two real estate investment companies, driven by a passion for addressing the affordable housing crisis and restoring dilapidated homes. My favorite strategies for clients include the BRRRR (Buy, Rehab, Rent, Refinance, Repeat) method and House Hacking, both of which I practice personally and have extensive knowledge about. I hold a BBA with a minor in Management from Sam Houston State University. Although I initially began my career in the oil and gas industry, I quickly transitioned into real estate to leverage my degree and pursue my passion for investing. I am enthusiastic about helping you achieve your real estate goals and look forward to providing expert guidance and support throughout your real estate journey.

Connie brings an extensive background in customer service to her real estate career. Focusing on the client's goals and creating a plan to achieve those goals has led to her success. She is an active listener who always puts the needs of each client first. Her professionalism and attention to detail is evident in everything she does. Connie specializes in farm & ranch and residential helping both buyers and sellers.



Her personal experience with many moves growing up helps her understand the stress of buying and selling. Connie's last move was from Katy to Chappell Hill where she is experiencing the joys of remodeling. Connie and her husband completely restored a home in Brenham which was a great learning experience.



As a resident of Chappell Hill, Connie has embraced the country lifestyle. She is an active member of the Chappell Hill Historical Society, sits on the board of the Chappell Hill Chamber of Commerce and is involved in local politics. This has given her the opportunity to build strong relationships with the Chappell Hill and Washington County community. Understanding the community she serves, plays a critical role in finding the right area for her clients.



Connie and her husband, Todd, have been married for 35 years. They have one son who is a Houston Police officer and a graduate of Texas A & M. When time allows, Connie enjoys antiquing, gardening and travel.



Connie is a member of the Texas Association of Realtors (TAR), South Central Board of Realtors (SCBOR), and the Texas Land Brokers Network (TLBN). Connie holds the Seller Representation Specialist (SRS) designation and the Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE) designation.
