Alex has always been very professional and prompt to respond to all our needs. We used him to find and screen renters. We have been very happy with everyone he has brought us. He periodically would send us comps on our rental house and we enjoyed the information provided in his monthly newsletter. He also was very helpful to us by reviewing the closing paperwork without hesitation when we decided to sell the rental house to the current renter.
