“First and foremost, if everyone who ever bought and sold a house had Marlene as their real estate agent even one time then they would never ever say "a realtor isn't necessary anymore because of Zillow." Marlene was a rock star and did a phenomenal job during the entire process including: screening the homes that we shortlisted, touring the homes, negotiating an offer, inspections, lender communications, and the closing process. She made sure to carry me to the finish line. She also had to do various things outside of her expected job title due to the incompetencies of other parties (seller listing agent and title company). Even with all of these struggles she never hesitated to step in and solve any problem that came up. At every step of the way I believed that Marlene had my best interest at heart.
