Letha has been a licensed Realtor for nearly 30 years. In 2000 she founded Summit Rental and Management Company, LLC., a very successful residential management company with a stellar reputation. Letha is a member of the Victoria Area Association of Realtors, the Texas Apartment Association and the National Apartment Association. I have served as President of the Victoria Apartment Association several times, Treasurer and Board of Directors. Letha has experience in listings, sales, and property management, but in new construction. I have helped build over 70 homes in the past and recently the office, club room and manager's apartment at The Villas Apartments.
