Ashley was born and raised in the Heights and has always been passionate about Houston. Being a native Houstonian has given her lifelong insight into how all aspects of the city and surrounding areas have grown and flourished.

She graduated summa cum laude from the University of Houston with a bachelor's in marketing in 2022. This degree gives her incredibly up-to-date knowledge of consumer behavior, digital marketing, social media marketing, collaboration, and more.

Since childhood, Ashley has had an affinity for homes and knew that a career in real estate would be perfect for her. She has always prided herself on her persistence in anything she puts her mind to. Ashley succeeds by using her meticulousness in all facets of her career, from negotiations to finalizing contracts; she ensures that every step is flawlessly executed.

One of Ashley's favorite activities is getting an iced latte at a local coffee shop and driving around Houston to look at the homes and learn more about each street and neighborhood. She also loves to take her dog, Abbie, on walks to meet new people and discover local businesses.

Richard Wall Hernandez has been an active member in the multifamily industry for more than 27 years and is excited for his transition into the Real Estate Industry. Richard's personal life consists of spending time with family and close friends, traveling and enjoying time with his husband, Emmanuel and their dog, Bella. Richard is excited and always ready to help new clients sell or find their future home.

Meredith Davis is a native Houstonian with nearly 2 decades of real estate experience. She received a BA in Marketing in 2007, while in the middle of a 15 year run, heading her own residential remodeling company. Today she brings her compassion and knowledge to the mentor program helping new agents learn, in her boutique brokerage, KSP, located in the Houston Heights. She worked on a top producing team in 2021 which naturally lead her down a path to creating her own team. As team lead for the Wildflower Properties Group, she leads with a kind heart, lots of laughter and a digital marketing plan that is used by fortune 500 companies. Meredith is a proud National Assoc of Realtors, Green Certified Realtor. Additionally she is a Certified Negotiation Expert and a Certified Real Estate Team Specialist. Her extensive knowledge of the Houston Inner Loop and surrounding areas combined with her commitment to education allows her the ability to provide a level of service that is incomparable. I became interested in real estate while living in Belize, where I got my start. When I'm not busy helping clients, I like to scuba dive, travel, spend time with friends and family, and my sweet dog!
