Palisade Palms, Galveston, Tx: Resort style living is everyone's dream but by the end of Sunday, June 6th, 2010, 27 homebuyers will have their dream come true.  International real estate investment company Kennedy Wilson will conduct a developer inventory reduction auction for 27 beachfront condos.

Starting bids range from $125,000 to $375,000 for the designer condominiums, which were previously priced at $299,000 to $1,350,000.  With starting bids this low, registered bidders have an excellent chance of owning a premium residence at unbelievable prices.
