Palisade Palms, Galveston, TX:  In the last 2 months there have been over 15 transactions at Palisade Palms in Galveston, Tx.  Twelve units Closed and 3 units are Option Pending.  These numbers do not include the 27 units that were sold at the recent auction in June.  Two units are in the negotiating stage.  Not only are the 2 bedroom units selling but also the larger 3 bedroom units.  Palisade Palms has numerious amenities and people are flocking to own their piece of paradise.  The Developer is holding a close-out sale and now has only 7 units left for sale.
