“ For your realtor needs, choose Mr. Blake! Choose anyone else and you’re making a mistake! Blake was (and still is) an absolute Godsend! I was a first time homebuyer and was completely overwhelmed with the world of real estate. Mortgage lenders, appraisal, escrow, home equity, principal, bylaws, HOA addendums – so much real estate jargon that I thought I knew, but came to found out that there was so much more to learn! When choosing a realtor, I wrote down a list of qualities I needed in a person that would make my home-purchasing journey an enjoyable one. Just a few of the qualities included: quick to respond through different medians (text, email & phone), technologically savvy, respectful, eager to advocate for me, knowledgeable, and resourceful. Blake hit all those qualities and much more I didn’t think I needed and appreciated! He was very consistent in answering all my frantic texts, lengthy emails, and nagging personality. He made sure I had a good understand of everything – didn’t belittle my lack of knowledge at all! One of the great things that happened in the process was the variety of recommendations he gave me – from mortgage lenders to homeowners insurance. After looking at countless of houses, Blake and I finally put an offer on one. Blake made me feel like it wasn’t just a house I was buying, but a HOME. The offer we put was less than the listing price, but Blake did his magic and got the seller to accept that price!! Keep in mind that this is the summer – the time where people have to fight with multiple buyers and even resorting to offer OVER the listing price. Blake was very quick and thorough with the paperwork and always kept me in the loop. Even after I received my keys to my new home, Blake checked up on me every day to make sure everything with the house was going great.
