“Blake was a fantastic realtor. He made my wife and me feel comfortable throughout the entire home buying process as first time buyers, from the initial meeting to closing. We needed many house showings before we found what we wanted. Blake was patient with us, gave us advice, and even recommended against some houses he thought would be bad decisions (i.e. past flooding). When we finally selected our home, and needed someone in our corner during the option period and negotiations, Blake stepped up and delivered. His communication was top notch. Any required paperwork was emailed to us quickly and was processed quickly. We had many, many questions throughout the whole process and would ask them to Blake constantly. He was always quick to respond with an answer, regardless of the time or day. Blake was a huge help to us in picking out our dream home, and we would recommend him to anyone!”
