Living along the Texas Gulf Coast my entire life has provided me with a wealth of knowledge concerning the real estate market in our area, and I am eager to share my experience with you. Valerie's goal is to always place clients first and to make the transaction smooth for both buyer's and seller's. Valerie's professional affiliates include Houston Association of Realtors, as well as Texas and National Association. Also many courses focusing on selling 2nd homes and Investment properties. Valerie and her husband enjoy walks on the beach, family time, but take great pleasure in renovating. They completed their 3rd project in 2015. A Little About Me-

My interest and passion for Real Estate began in the early 1990's, when my husband and I were beginning the search for our first home. Since then, we have moved 6 times and lived in 4 cities in Texas. Four of these moves included building our new home. I just love the process and, yes, we are still happily married!



In the early 2000's, we continued our Real Estate adventure and purchased, remodeled and flipped 2 properties in the North Houston area. I would have to say that our very latest endeavors have been my favorite, so far. In 2019, we purchased a 1913 historic cottage, in Galveston, and completely remodeled it. We maintained the historic features and charm of the home, while bringing it up to date with all the modern conveniences. The home was featured on the GHF Historic Home Tour in 2021. We are now working on a 1900 Storm Survivor, that will hit the market soon! Having lived on the island in my youth, I grew to love everything about Galveston. I want to share that love and experience with others and can't wait to help you find your perfect Island home.

Becki Fitzgerald has lived in the Brazoria County and Galveston County area for more than 35 years. After purchasing her first home, Becki realized she wanted to help others through the experience. She took the leap of faith from the typical 9 to 5 job and jumped feet first into real estate. After obtaining her real estate license in 2016, Becki went to work for a local real estate firm. It was there that Becki developed a passion for working with both buyers and sellers of residential real estate throughout the city. She understands the challenges of acclimating to a new home in a new environment and she is well-versed in making that transition a seamless and enjoyable time.

In her spare time, Becki spends much of her time dedicated to a dog and cat rescue organization. She lives in Santa Fe with her husband and two dogs. To relax and unwind they enjoy fishing or being near the open water.
