I proudly graduated from Brenham High School and then attended college at Sam Houston State University where I obtained my Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration majoring in Accounting. My parents did not get a college education, but they are hardworking people and focused on providing their children with a quality family life. Their love and guidance shaped my belief structure to set goals, work hard, be fair, honest, give back to the community, and live life to the fullest. After working in the accounting field for some time, I found myself doing some soul searching. That's when I found my passion for real estate. Her eldest son, Brett is also a Realtor in Houston - a 3rd generation Realtor. Also added in the mix are her two grand dogs, Bentley and Ryder. Brett and Marshall followed in their parent's footsteps by also attending Waltrip High School. Eileen enjoys reading, sports (especially college football and baseball), gym time in the Heights, and traveling.
Airan moved to Houston, Texas from Mexico at a young age. Ever since she knew that she would have to go the extra mile to reach her goals. This allowed her to learn to appreciate everything and be thankful for who she is now. One of her proudest achievements was graduating from the University of Houston with a Bachelor's in Finance and Marketing. Although, during this journey, she discovered that real estate was something that she felt was her calling. She developed her real estate career working as a real estate administrative coordinator. This allowed her to have a head start in her career. With her knowledge and confidence, Airan has won her clients' trust. She understands the importance of building relationships and adding value in every step of the way. Some clients describe her as optimistic, easy to talk to, knowledgeable, and determined. Airan enjoys working with first-time home buyers, sellers, as well as investors.
