I started my real estate career over 25 years ago on the mortgage and title side of the business, which gives me great insight throughout the entire home buying process. I then became an apartment locator and very quickly moved into selling homes to some of my past clients. My niche market has been relocation for large corporations. This has given me a unique opportunity to serve clients all over Houston and the surrounding counties so I have a vast knowledge of our cities communities. I have been recognized as a Top Producer and focus on referral business as my top priority by serving my clients with unparalleled customer service. I have a full time assistant and working partner to help me insure that my clients receive the best customer service in the industry. Most importantly I am able to listen to my clients and make their needs a priority. I would love the opportunity to represent you in all your buying, selling and investing needs. My business is built on referrals so I take great care and appreciate each and every one.
Even though many of the older homes are gone, been replaced by much larger ones, Peggy Dunne still loves the friendly atmosphere of Houston’s older inner-Loop neighborhoods that she knew as a child growing up in West University Place. She brings this feeling of community and caring to her relationships with her clients.
Peggy, a member of the Martha Turner Sotheby's International Realty Circle of Excellence, believes that good, honest communication is the single most important factor leading to a successful sale. “I consider myself a straight shooter,” says Peggy, “and this clears the way for a smooth relationship. My clients appreciate this up-front approach and I believe it makes for satisfied buyers and sellers at closing.” No wonder much of her business over the years has come from repeat and referral clients.
Peggy obtained her real estate license in 1980 and immediately achieved top producer status. Her extensive experience, technological edge and skilled negotiation and transaction skills give her clients a real advantage in Houston’s competitive real estate market.
A graduate of Lamar High School and the University of Houston, Peggy is married and the mother of three adult daughters. She and her husband are active supporters of Houston Public Television, the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, Boys and Girls Country, and the Foundation Fighting Blindness. Peggy enjoys traveling with her children and grandchildren, golfing, reading and going to the movies.
