William Ronne

Bill has lived in the Katy/West Houston area for over 40 years. Bill spent 29 years in the oil industry. The last 24 years with Conoco Inc. in various management positions retiring in December 1993.

He began his real estate practice in 1996. He works with buyers and sellers in the areas of: Katy, Brookshire, Sealy, Cypress, Fulshear, north Richmond, Sugar Land, West Houston, Spring Branch, and Memorial.

He and his family moved 12 times in 17 years. Any move can be very stressful for individuals and/or families. Bill sees his job to reduce this stress and provide excellent service in the buying/selling of real estate.

He considers himself a Real Estate Advisor with excellent communication skills with buyers and sellers.

In today's dynamic and ever-changing real estate market, Bill has strong negotiating skills to ensure buyers and sellers get the best deal possible.

He is an active member of the National Association of Realtors, Texas Association of Realtors and Houston Association of Realtors. Bill is also a Lifetime Committeemen Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo.
