FIND A HOME, THEN WHAT?

So you have been shopping for your Texas Perfect Home.  A contract is submitted and accepted and the work begins. 

Get  Inspections, some to consider during your 10 to 12 Day Option Period:
This could include Structural and Mechanical
Wood Destroying Insect
Foundation, Roof, HVAC, Mold, Stucco

Amendments to contract for repairs or monetary contribution

Stay in close contact with your lender, home owners insurance, title company
Schedule your utility service
Walk through home prior to close
Title Company, Close, Move In!
