Basic seller preparations...and it doesn't cost a lot of money!!

There are some basic things you can do to help get the most money for your house and it doesn't costs a lot and your not doing home improvement projects..

Clean and with extra detail cleaning.

Smells are very important and can have a customer walk out before they even look.  No smoking in the house.  Use plug ins and refresh daily if pets reside in house.

Clear the clutter in pantry, closets, bookcases, tables, walkways, and on counters.  Suggest you box in put in garage until sale.  Including taking down personal pictures.

Curb appeal is very important.  Trim bushes, shurbs, pulling weeds and cutting the grass with sidewalks and driveway edged.

Remove bulky furniture to create a larger areas.  You want the house neat and attractive.

A fresh coat of paint on dirty walls can really freshnen up the appearance. 

Up date the curtains and bedding.

Repair or replace broken light fixtures and bulbs.
