Richard grew up in Chicago, Illinois. From 1994 to 1995, Richard raced on the Team Polaris Watercraft Team and later in 1998 to 1999, he raced Ducati Superbikes. In 2001, Richard was brokering business with Dynamic Realty in Detroit, Michigan and Indianapolis, Indiana. Family drew him to Texas in 2003 where he became the General Manager of a Powersports Dealership in Katy. The following year, Richard obtained his Texas Real Estate License and in 2017, he established Red Lion Realty Group.
In his free time, Richard is an avid drummer and enjoys quiet times his son and puppies.
