Important Deadlines & Registration Policies

Pre-registration Deadline

We encourage early registrations as registering in advance helps ensure your spot. The pre-registration deadline is December 13th.

Transfers, Cancellations & Refunds

You may transfer your event registration to another person within your organization at any time by notifying us in writing. If you must cancel, please notify the conference in writing by December 7, 2011, and you will receive a refund less a $10 cancellation fee. Cancellations made after the deadline as well as “no-shows” are liable for the full registration fee.

Photo Release

From time to time we use photographs of conference participants in our promotional materials. By virtue of your attendance at REALTOR Celebration,  HAR reserves the right to use your likeness in such materials.

Filming

Strictly prohibited.
