Sedona Lakes is a new master-planned community located in Manvel, Texas, part of the greater Pearland area, just south of downtown Houston. One of the Houston's area most convenient locations, Sedona Lakes is situated just off Highway 288 which offers a quick commute to The Texas Medical Center, the Houston area's central business district, Greenway Plaza, and a variety of other major work centers.

The community is served by the Exemplary-rated Alvin Independent School District and includes a planned onsite elementary school. Sedona Lakes has a calm, peaceful, and serene environment.
