About Us
Richard Miranda, MBA, CIPS is the 2011-2012 Chairman of the HAR International Advisory Group. Richard plans to strengthen HAR relationships with global entities in Houston as well as promote Area 82 and international real estate to HAR members.
Who we are
Houston Association of REALTORS® - Founded in 1918, the Houston Association of REALTORS® (HAR) is a 24000-member organization of real estate professionals engaged in every aspect of the industry, including residential and commercial sales and leasing, appraisal, property management and counseling. It is the largest individual membership trade association in Houston, as well as the largest local association/board of REALTORS® in the United States.

International Transaction
International real estate transactions as defined by NAR includes selling a home in your local market to an immigrant, leasing a commercial property to a foreign investor, assisting your local clients with the purchase of a (second) home in another country, closing a transnational referral transaction, having a transaction that contains an international client, funds, property, translation, etc.
