Course Information

GRI: Real Estate Finance (GRI-1)

The GRI designation is the most widely recognized of the national real estate designations. Consisting of 3 courses, each course is taught by experts in their fields. This module consists of Contract Forms, Contract Procedures, Residential Finance and Cultural Diversity & Fair Housing. A financial calculator is required. The GRI courses can be taken in any order. This course will satisfy your non-legal hours (9 hours MCE). As a reminder, TREC requires that you be on time. Also, please be sure to have your real estate license number available.
