This course, accredited by th Texas Department of Savings & Mortgage Lending, is required for individuals trying to obtain a loan officer's license with the State of Texas. This course combined with the Loan Officers Ethics Course meets the required 30 hours of education for new applicants.
This 56 Hour Core Course combined with 4 hours of Ethics this 60 Hour Core Course focuses on what it takes to be a Loan Officer and the day to day functions as well as the in's and out's to mortgage lending.
