LOAN OFFICER PRE-LICENSE

This course, accredited by th Texas Department of Savings & Mortgage Lending, is required for individuals trying to obtain a loan officer's license with the State of Texas. This course combined with the Loan Officers Ethics Course meets the required 30 hours of education for new applicants.
This course prepares the individual to become a licensed loan officer with classroom discussion, bookwork and role play this class is a must to become a well rounded sales person in the mortgage industry.
