Homebuying-Class-Web-GirlAnyone who is looking to buy a home can benefit from our Homebuyer Certification Class. The curriculum includes pertinent topics associated with the home buying process. Industry professionals such as realtors, insurance agents, and mortgage lenders offer insight into their area of expertise as well as a question and answer session during the class. Please contact us to reserve your spot in one of our upcoming classes. New homebuyers in Texas can take advantage of financial incentive programs. Keystone Community Development Corporation can provide you with information on housing grants and special programs in your city or county. Please contact us for information. The cost of the class is $25.00 for members of Associated Credit Union of Texas and $35.00 for non-members. Cost includes course registration fee, credit report, classroom materials, course achievement certificate, light breakfast, and lunch.
