Freddie Mac has released the results of its Primary Mortgage Market Survey (PMMS), showing average fixed mortgage rates hitting their lowest levels since this summer!  Now is the time to buy...especially in Houston where the cost of living exceeds all in the nation!  Call me to get in touch with a mortgage professional and begin your home buying experience today!
