My "best value of the week" house went under contract in the first day so... this house (just reduced) is my next best value pick of the week. I love the neighborhood, Royden Oaks, which flanks River Oaks and River Oaks Baptist School. This ranch-style house was built in 1955 and has been added onto to make it 3599 sqaure feet. It sits on a large 7938 sq ft lot and is a great house to "live in now and build later" as they say.
I am an equal opportunity "picker" and this house is not being sold by me or even my broker.
