The Ashby high-rise developers are sueing the City of Houston for $40 million beacuse the city took too long in the permitting process. Realizing the high-rise is not a valuable project? Pulling at strings? These developers need to give it a rest, lie down and admit defeat. However, the partners maintain that will still build on the site.
