There are so many places to do your shopping this season, but for those die hards, The Nutcracker Market is THE place to go this weekend! It's your last and only chance until 2015! Hosted by the Houston Ballet in the NRG Stadium it all began in 1981. "Visions of sugar plums inspired long-time Houston Ballet supporter Preston Frazier to approach the board members of Houston Ballet Guild with a new way to raise needed funds for the Houston Ballet Foundation, its academy and scholarship programs and it is now Texas' #1 Christmas Extravaganza." How can you miss out? However, there is a method to the madness, so if you're a serious shopper, you probably already know all about this. But for the rookies, make sure you have plenty of time and get an idea of exactly what your getting into. Go to www.houstonballet.org/nutcrackermarket for the hours and all the details.
